Alumni Program
Austin Recovery’s Alumni Association helps our clients transition to a new life in sobriety. Our full time Alumni Coordinator oversees the program while the Alumni board of directors creates a schedule of events including dances, picnics, boat trips on the lake, float trips down the river, coffee dates, bowling, Blues on the Green and our October alumni reunion.
The Association also conducts a weekly Alumni Speaker Meeting at 7:30 PM every Sunday night at our Edith Royal Campus as well as regularly scheduled Alumni Support Groups for women (Mondays at Edith Royal campus) and men (Thursdays at our Outpatient and Aftercare offices). Weekly, over 200 members return for fellowship and sharing with those who are still in treatment.
