Senior Administrative Assistant

Austin Recovery provides affordable, effective and compassionate drug and alcohol treatment since 1967. We are currently seeking a senior administrative assistant to report to the CEO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to senior administrative directors and managers.
  • Supervises and manages the receptionists and reception area.
  • Provides administrative support as necessary to president/CEO, senior directors and managers.
  • Provide administrative support for Board of Directors and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Take minutes for all Board and Board committee meetings.
  • Manages travel for president/CEO, senior directors and manager and makes hotel and convention reservations as needed.
  • Completes copying and printing for President/CEO, senior directors and managers as necessary.
  • Assists in scheduling and reserving rooms and meeting space.
  • Processes requests for reimbursement.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Manages comprehensive projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High level administrative assistant support experience
  • Expertise/advanced skill in all Microsoft Office products, prefer experience with MS Project
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Professional and Visio
  • Supervisory experience preferred
