Austin Recovery's Programs

Austin Recovery is located in Austin, Texas, and is now the largest drug and alcohol treatment center in Texas. We offer detox and separate men and women’s campuses for our residential (approximately 30 days) and long-term programs. Our Family House helps moms seeking recovery by allowing them to bring two children under the age of six with them to treatment. We also provide intensive outpatient services and support for our alumni with yearlong aftercare and family groups. We ensure clients leaving treatment have a solid discharge plan with recommendations and referrals for sober houses, meetings and support in their community.

Our rates are truly affordable through the generous gifts we receive from foundations and a growing number of individuals. The quality and professionalism of Austin Recovery’s treatment and facilities often surprises. But don’t take our word for it, check out what our clients and their families say in these testimonials.

Beginning the Journey…
Austin Recovery’s detox is staffed with medical doctors (addictionolgists) and nurses. Although not everyone needs to go through detox, Austin Recovery provides a full continuum of care and it is available for those who need it. Our detox program provides a safe and closely-monitored withdrawal from physically addictive substances like alcohol, prescription pain medications, anxiety medications, muscle relaxers, sedatives, heroin, methadone and more. Our doctors and nurses work closely with you to determine the best plan of treatment for your situation. Typically a stay in detox is about seven days.

Once detoxed, the recovery journey can truly begin. It is generally recommended that the client transfer directly into residential treatment.

Call now to speak to one of our Admission Specialists (800) 373-2081 or (512) 697-8600. Our team answers calls 7 days a week and we accept admissions Monday – Friday (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) You may also contact us by completing the Contact Us form and we will respond during regular business hours.
